THE NEXT SPECTACULAR SUMMER CAMP IN NORWAY

Welcome to an unforgettable Karate Summer Camp at the Norwegian coast.

Lista has one of the most beautiful Norwegian coastlines.

IFK Norway's Summer Camp will be held at the old Lista Airport about 1.5 hour drive from Kristiansand.

You can go with the ferry from Denmark to Kristiansand or by plane to Kristiansand or Stavanger.

There will be training at the beach and at the airport. Training with Kettlebells.

There will be kyu and dan grading.

Camp instructors:

Shihan Liam Keaveney (6.dan),
Shihan Tor Rune Vatland (5.dan)
Sensei Tor Egil Eitland (3.dan)

There will be Go carting, Paint Ball and Squash for those who are interested.
We will have an outdoor barbecue party Saturday night.

The registration deadline is 14th of May 2010. We have to set a limit at 100 participants because of the accommodation - so don't wait with your registration!
